SOLD - Colt 1911A1 - 1941

8/14/17 - This is a Colt M1911A1 that was manufactured in 1941, the year that the United States entered the war.  It is all original and correct, with about 95% of the original finish remaining.  The majority of the wear can be found on the trigger guard and the right side of the slide, along the top edge.  The frame is properly marked R.S. on the left side, and the slide is matching numbered to the frame.  P proofs can be found on the frame and slide.  S marked magazine.  Proper Colt barrel.  Strong bore with no frosting or pits.
