SOLD - Astra 600 Rig - Early Nazi Contract

7/30/18 - This is a nice, honest example of a scarce Astra 600 rig that is waffen marked and part of the first Nazi contract for these pistols.  This pistol was delivered on June 23rd of 1944 in the second batch of Nazi ordered Astra 600s, and it retains about 95% of the original blue with finish loss on the high edges and on the back of the frame.  There is also some minor speckling and patina in various areas of the pistol.  These pistols were delivered to German Army via the Spanish-French border before it was closed by the Allies.  Only about 10,000 waffen marked Astra 600s were delivered before this point.  Excellent grips and two correct magazines.  Comes with an original but unmarked holster.  Bore has strong rifling but shows minor use.
