8/15/23 - This is an original WW1 era production Artillery Luger cleaning rod. The rod is in great condition, but the base of the rod is very slightly bent. This shouldn't affect functionality or fit within an artillery holster. The rod also has some minor surface patina, but is mostly clean throughout. The wood handle rotates freely on a ball socket, and has no cracks or chips. Measures 25.1cm long (just under 10 inches).
