10/12/22 - This is an excellent example of a brass bore inspection device for a British Enfield .303 Rifle. The metal is in excellent condition showing minimal wear and oxidation throughout. The mirror within is fully intact. The chain connecting the lid to the mirror's main housing is intact and fastened securely at both ends. There is a folding handle that is sturdy and functional. The main housing measures approximately 2 1/4" and the folding handle measures approximately 2 3/4". Overall a useful vintage bore tool that would be a great extra or display piece for a British .303 rifle.
