10/1/24 - This is an excellent example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in September of 1944. All matching with the proper "Eagle 88" military acceptance proofs. The gun has retained about 97-98% of its finish with just hints of high edge wear, a hint of thinning on the front strap, some tiny pits at the front left edge of the slide, and tiny scratches and surface marks throughout. Fitted with period-correct bakelite grips and comes with an early numbered Walther magazine. The bore has good rifling with very light frosting throughout. De-cocker is functional.
