5/25/23 - This is an original and correct RZM marked Walther PPK from 1934-35. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. This one is all matching and has retained roughly 80% of its original finish. There is noticeable muzzle wear and wear along both sides of the slide, concentrated mostly around the high and round edges. A few small dots of tiny pitting on the right side. There is some dulling and pin-pricking on the front strap. Fitted with an excellent brown Walther grip - no chips or cracks. Comes with a period-correct Walther banner-only magazine. Near-mint bore.
