3/23/23 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger issued to the Imperial German military in 1916. Nearly all matching with the proper Imperial proofs throughout, but the takedown lever is mismatched. Comes as a rig with two mismatched wood-bottom magazines and a 19116-dated holster. The holster also has a military unit marking. A strap has been added to the tool pouch. The gun itself has retained about 96% of its bluing. Minor wear around the muzzle on the side plate, and on the very front edges of the side rails. Minor freckling on the grip straps. Excellent un-numbered wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
