3/3/23 - This is an excellent example of a Walther Mod HP sold in the commercial market during WW2. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle N" commercial proofs. It has retained about 96% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the front strap and very minor wear around the high edges of the slide. Also some tiny pits here and there on some of the high edges. A few very light scratches on the right side of the slide. The frame has a really nice plum color to it. Fitted with excellent reddish bakelite grips. Comes with a P.38v magazine. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there is light freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
