12/1/22 - This is a very nice example of a Spanish Astra Model 300 issued to the Nazi military during WW2. Chambered in 9mm kurz or .380 ACP. It was part of a shipment of 4,000 guns on March 13, 1943. It is all matching and has the proper "Waffen 251" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the tang. It comes as a rig with a generic black leather holster (fits the gun well" and one period-correct magazine. The gun itself has retained about 96-97% of its original finish with very minor wear around some of the high edges. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are some small areas here and there with very light spotty oxidation and pin-pricking here, most noticeable on the left side of the gun. There are also what appear to be marks from the teeth of a wrench around the barrel bushing. Fitted with excellent wood grips. The bore has good rifling, but there are areas of pin-pricking here and there.
