8/2/22 - This is an excellent example of a Ruger Single Six revolver manufactured in 1956. This particular gun is a scarce "flat gate" variant. It is matching and does not have an added safety bar. It comes with an original box that is un-numbered. The edges of the box are torn, and one of the side panels is almost completely torn off. The gun itself has retained about 99% of its original finish with just very minor wear around the muzzle. While there is very little actual finish loss, there is some spotty oxidation along the barrel. Comes with excellent black plastic grips. The bore is shiny with very strong rifling and some very minor freckling here and there.
