5/26/22 - This is an excellent example of an AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. It is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" military proofs throughout. It comes as a rig with a very nice 1942-dated hardshell holster and two un-numbered magazines. The gun itself has retained about 95% of its original high polish finish. There are areas of wear on the front edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Minor thinning and some tiny dots of oxidation along the barrel. Some light brown patina on the front strap. Comes with excellent Walther grips - the left is waffen-proofed, the right is not. The bore has good rifling, but there is minor freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
