8/15/22 - This is a very nice example of a Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in September of 1943. It is all matching and has retained about 92% of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is in an area on the top of the slide near the ejection port, where there is also some pin-pricking. There is pin-pricking along the left side of the slide and some tiny dots of oxidation on both sides of the slide and frame. Light brown patina on both grip straps. Comes with nice matching-numbered grips and a period-correct but mismatched magazine. Minty bore.
