7/10/20 - This is a 2" Colt Detective Special revolver, chambered in .38 Special. From the serial, this gun was manufactured in 1931. Overall, the gun is in nice condition. It has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. There is wear on the high edges of the cylinder and a roll mark, minor muzzle wear, wear on the high edges of the butt, and thinning on the rear strap. There are also a few small scratches on the right side of the frame. The bore is minty. The grips are excellent. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth.
