SOLD - 1st Model Luftwaffe Dagger & Hanger

2/12/18 - This is an original pre WW2 production 1st model Luftwaffe dagger, complete with the original scabbard and chain hanger. The scabbard and handle on this piece has excellent blue leather. The handle has some light wear from use and handling, but this is normal wear and not excessive. The metal hand guard and top of the handle insignia both have light patina. The blade is in excellent, near mint condition with very minimal wear. The maker stamp is crisp and clear from SMF. The blue leather scabbard stop is in tact. The blue stretched leather on the scabbard is excellent with only minor spots of wear. The chain and hanger clip are also in excellent condition with no stamps or markings. Guaranteed original and authentic.
