3/31/22 - This is an excellent example of a rare Walther Mod HP that originally manufactured to be sold in the commercial market in the 1940's, and then diverted for issue to the Nazi military. The gun is all matching and has an "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide and a military test eagle on the right side of the trigger guard. The whole gun has been professionally restored, so the bluing is beautiful. It has retained virtually all of its new bluing with no notable signs of wear. Comes with excellent period-correct reddish grips and an "Eagle 359" Walther military-marked magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is some light freckling in the grooves. De-cocker is functional.
