4/5/22 - This is a nice example of a Long Branch Enfield No 4 Mk 1 rifle issued to the British military in 1942. The gun is almost entirely mismatched but has the proper British military acceptance proofs throughout. Import mark on the left side of the receiver. There is noticeable spotty, scratchy wear around the muzzle / front barrel band and some small handling marks on the magazine. The stock has dings, dents, and scratches throughout. A few more noticeable gouges on the front half of the stock and upper handguard. Minty bore.
