5/31/19 - This is an all matching and original Mauser Luger from 1937. It is a first variation example with strawed small parts. The original blue rates at 93-94% with the majority of finish loss on the straps. The sideplate has been numbered to match and then refinished. Price has been lowered in consideration of this issue. The sideplate bluing color is just slightly darker than the rest of the gun. Small parts retain about 70% original straw. Original, matching numbered grips show some age and handling wear but no major cracks or chips. Period correct but mismatched magazine. Bore has decent rifling but some minor frosting throughout.
