3/3/20 - This is a very nice example of a matching and original DWM Artillery Luger that was made in 1917. The blue rates at 94-95% with most of the wear on the sideplate, but minor finish loss on the muzzle and bottom of front strap, as well. The original matching grips are present, and show some age and handling wear. A previous owner has also embellished them slightly by carving the number '9' into each panel, reminiscent of the 'Red 9' Mauser C96 pistols. The small parts retain about 25% of the original straw. Bore has excellent rifling with only minor signs of use. Magazine is period original but mismatched.
