3/3/20 - This is an original WW1 era, 1917 dated bayonet for a trench shotgun. Comes with a green plastic scabbard that would have been issued with this bayonet for use in WW2 after being reissued to the military. The scabbard is marked US-M1917 B.A. INC. There is some scuffing and normal aging wear, but overall in great condition. The blade is excellent with no signs of sharpening. The blade is 17 inches long. Excellent wood handle as well.
