1/15/21 - This is an excellent, all original 1906 DWM American Eagle Luger, chambered in .30 Luger. These pistols went to the US retail market and the manufacturers at DWM realized that nation-based crests increased sales of these Lugers, so that is why you find the American Eagle over the chamber. This is also why you see GERMANY marked on the frame, denoting these were exported for commercial sale. This particular gun has retained about 95-96% of its original bluing. There is minor wear around the muzzle, side plate, and high edges of the frame. Very minor thinning and brown patina on the straps. There is some spotty discoloration mostly on the left side of the gun. It comes with excellent grips and a correct un-numbered magazine. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn and there's minor pin-pricking throughout.
