1/7/22 - This is a very nice example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. There is a "Germany" export marking on the frame, indicating it was intended for sale in the international market. The gun has retained about 93-94% of its bluing. There is minor wear on the side plate and side rails. There are a few spots of wear and light brown patina on both grip straps. Comes with nice period-correct wood grips (some minor scuffing) and a period-correct wood-bottom magazine that has a significant chip in the base. The rifling in the bore is worn with tiny pits throughout.
