1/6/22 - This is an excellent example of a Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has retained about 96% of its original finish. Almost all of the bluing loss is on the front strap, so the profile views are near-mint. There are just hints of wear on the front edges of the slide and a few light scratches on the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent period-correct reddish grips and a "jvd" magazine. The magazine has non-matching post-factory numbering on the bottom. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
