9/17/21 - This is a nice example of a Beretta Model 1934 issued to the Royal Italian military in 1937. It is all matching and has the proper Italian "Crown RE" proof on the tang. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original early high polish finish. The slide has a really nice plumb color to it. There is wear around the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. A noticeable spot of discoloration on the left side of the frame. Scratchy wear and spotty oxidation on the straps. Comes with excellent black bakelite grips and a period-correct magazine. The bore has decent rifling with tiny pits throughout.
