9/14/21 - This is a beautiful, near-mint example of a late Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military near the end of WW2, in February of 1945. It has a late-war "a" prefix serial number, it is all matching, and has the proper "Eagle 88" military proofs. It has retained more than 98% of its finish. There are a few light scuffs on the barrel. Light spotty oxidation on the front strap and on the barrel. Some tiny handling marks on the right side of the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct jvd magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
