9/10/21 - This is a very nice example of a scarce Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. It is all matching and has mixed Nazi military proofs on the right side of the slide "Eagle 135" and "Waffen Eagle 135". It is in the correct "q" serial block for this variation. It has retained about 92% of its original finish. Most of the wear is on the front strap, but there is also minor thinning on the barrel and very minor wear on the high edges of the slide and around the muzzle. Comes with excellent reddish grips and a period-correct Mauser magazine. Excellent shiny bore with strong rifling and areas of very minor freckling here and there. De-cocker is functional.
