6/4/21 - This is a very early example of a Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1929. Its serial indicates it was the 302nd PP made in 1929. It is original and matching. The slide has the "302" hand scratched into its interior. The original finish is 94% intact, with some minor signs of wear along the slides front side edges and scattered wear marks on the slide, straps, and the grips. Minor pin-pricking on the straps. This example has early X grips; a 2 piece, enclosed firing pin; fat, 90 degree safety; heavy hammer; extended barrel; and slab side magazine. Comes with an early numbered slab-side finger extension magazine that is mismatched to the gun. The bore is shiny with rifling that is intact.
