12/2/24 - This is a good example of a German Army Shooting Certificate / Award from 1938. This certificate is for Edmund Diehl of the 1st Company M.G. Battalion 10, and awards him the Simple Shooters Badge for the Karabiner 98k. The certificate is stamped with a seal, however this seal is faded. Additionally, there are some ink pen writings on the right side of the citation. The paper itself is in good condition with only minor staining. The paper additionally has a nice aged look, but does have a tear on the left side from a fold crease. Overall this certificate is in good condition and would be a great display piece for any WW2 collection.
