8/7/19 - This is an original and early style Navy Luger magazine from WWI. The magazine is early due to the style of numbering going from top-to-bottom instead of horizontal numbering typically seen on Luger magazines. The base also has concentric circles on each side, a telltale WWI navy magazine quality. The wood base is in excellent condition and is numbered 769. There's also a crown/M proof stamp on the base. The tube has very minimal discoloration - this is dark patina and mostly on the left side of the tube. Strong, fully functional spring.
