5/20/19 - This is a minty, all original K98 rifle bayonet. The bayonet is complete with the original scabbard and leather frog. The frog is dated 1939 and maker stamped on the back leather (the maker stamp is faint). The scabbard has browning patina throughout and minor finish loss, but is all original with no dents. The scabbard is matching to the blade. The bayonet itself is beautiful with excellent finish on the blade and no signs of sharpening. Serial numbered "9461c" and maker stamped on the reverse side. All original and correct with a "40" date stamp on the spine.
