TERM OF SERVICES

All of our items are available on the internet, gun shows and on a case by case basis, in person at our place of business (we do not maintain an active retail store).  

All items on-line are usually available, but sometimes an item is sold via email, phone or in person to another customer prior to us taking if off our on-line store.  We will try to keep our on line catalog as current as possible

Any collectable firearm we sell and represent includes a full TEN DAY no questions asked guarantee.  If a collector desires to get a 2nd opinion, this should give anyone in the USA time to send it to another party and either verify it or refute our claims  This is a 100% guarantee, with a small caveat, if an item is sent back we will refund the entire cost, minus shipping, to you.  The item must be returned unfired and in original/same condition as it left us.  We will have a checklist for each item, so we can ensure you get what we promised. 

All items may be ordered via phone, mail, or email.  Typically means of payment are by Credit Card (No extra charge), Paypal, Check or MO.   If you are not known to us we will hold items until the check clears.

Shipping:  We can ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS (US Mail), although UPS is our preferred method of shipping unless stated otherwise by the customer.  We will ship as soon as practical after your payment is received.   Most items are sent 2 day express and require an adult signature.  Please note that items which are able to be shipped internationally will be subject to additional shipping fees.

Sales tax will be included when appropriate and required by law.  

A Federal Firearms License (FFL 01) is required on all shipments of modern guns and an FFL 01 or FFL 03 Curio or Relic (C&R) is required for all eligible firearms to Curio and Relic (C&R) license holders (any firearm 50 years and older), for any doubts, we will always go by the latest ATF regulation.  Once on file, another copy does not need to be sent until it requires renewal.  FFL’s may be mailed, faxed or emailed to us with legible addresses and signature.  

Pre-1898 firearms and non-firearm items are exempt from this requirement.   .

Shipping and handling costs will typically be a flat rate of $20.00.  However for international shipping or unusual sized items we will apply the exact amount that FedEx or UPS quotes us when we invoice the order and use their shipping software.    

CONSIGNMENTS: Consignments are gladly taken, although sometimes it is easier for us to simply purchase your firearm or item.  A consignment for any item is presently 15% of the value of the item.
